10月10日苏红果和周红梅老师将联袂在同济中学进行8A Unit 2 Main task 教学,请大家将两位老师的教案事先熟悉一下。
新课程提倡“任务型教学”,其实任务型教学是交际教学法的分支,交际教学法的目的是发展学生各种语言机能和综合运用语言的能力。Main task课型通过激发学生的思维,整合学生的语言知识,提供书面范例,使学生能用英语完成一个真实的任务。
如何上好Main task课,或者说如何发展学生的各种语言技能和运用语言的综合能力。我想,Main task为我们提供了一种途径,一种范式。教师在Main task课中要使学生产生写作动机、然后指导学生精读范文和仿写范文、最后修改讲评文章。尤其在精读范文和仿写范文阶段,教师要帮助学生列出提纲及组织语言,使学生能水到渠成地进行写作。教师可以让学生合作完成一些任务。当然,合作不是英语课的目的,而是手段。教师通过组织学生合作使学生分享和互助,同时也能培养学生的合作能力。
其实在各种课型中,教师都要发挥学生的主体作用,为学生提供使用英语的机会。

教学过程:
1. Warm up and lead in school life.
I’m happy to know you. Do you want to know more about me? Show some photos and tell them something about the teacher's school work.
2. Ask students about the school life.
Questions at page 35.
3. Students put a tick in the box next to the ones they like. Then design a timetable.
4. Learn “My ideal school”.
Listen to the tape,then put a tick(√) in the correct boxes.
Listen to the tape again, then answer some questions.
Read and try to fill in the blanks according to the passage.

一、教材分析:

3教学难点: how to help the students to write their ideal school
二、教学对象分析:普通中学学生,语言综合能力一般。词汇积累较少,老师在课堂中要尽量给学生提供大量的信息,帮助学生构建自己的写作内容。
三、教学方法:induction and deduction; task-based approach
四、教学过程:
Step1:lead-in
1. Memorize school life in a British school and an American school in
2. Talk about students’ own school life with some pictures and a questionnaire
Step2: Induction
- Make a list of words and phrases about their school life in a form
- Make a comparison about school life between Tongji and other schools
Step3: Discussion
1. Divide students into several groups to discuss what their ideal school is.
2. Ss present their ideas
2. Teacher induces the students’ discussion
Step4: Writing
1. Ask students to read Daniel’s ideal school by themselves
2. Analyze the arrangement of the composition and get some information from the article
3. write a composition about My ideal school
Step5: After-writing
1. Read over one of the students’ drafts in front of all the students
2. Tell students what mistakes they often make and how to give remarks
on others’ compositions
3. Arouse Ss’ love for their school
Step6: Homework
Prepare a timetable. Put your favourite subjects, sports and after-school activities. Write down the time you would like to do them
